Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to analyze jurisdictional fee schedule guidelines and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify and resolve reimbursement-related issues for various fee schedules
• Partner with IT to define business requirements for fee schedule coding and deployment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement analysis
• Proficiency in medical coding, billing, claims processing, and IT systems
• Strong understanding of hospital and professional coding and reimbursement methodologies
• Experience in working with IT and system development is a plus
