Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Reimbursement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports in accordance with Federal and State regulations
• Manage and collaborate with clients to develop strategic reimbursement plans aligned with organizational goals
• Plan, develop strategies, and supervise Reimbursement Associates in all phases of cost report engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare Consulting, Reimbursement, or Cost Reporting
• Strong mentoring, leadership, and training skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to oversee, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
