Job Summary

To enhance client partnerships in the healthcare sector, the full-time remote Healthcare Relationship Manager will grow and retain a portfolio of strategic clients by aligning merchant products and payment solutions to their business needs while collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned clients, coordinating with internal partners to align communication and operational support
• Develop and execute account plans that support revenue growth and long-term client partnerships
• Identify and advance pipeline opportunities to increase portfolio performance and product adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within payments or financial technology
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare and insurance client management
• 8+ years of experience growing large client relationships and executing cross-functional strategies
• 8+ years of experience in merchant acquiring or related payment products
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
