Job Summary
As a full-time remote Healthcare Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will manage strategic client relationships within the healthcare and insurance sector, focusing on aligning merchant products and payment solutions to enhance client operations and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned clients, coordinating with internal partners to ensure aligned communication and operational support
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client partnerships
- Identify and advance pipeline opportunities to improve portfolio performance and product adoption
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in relationship management or account management within payments or financial technology

- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform for account planning and activity tracking
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
