Healthcare Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains in delivering healthcare technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train ceremonies and coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams
• Partner with stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into actionable delivery plans and drive continuous improvement
• Track program progress and ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, such as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
• Hands-on experience leading SAFe Agile Release Trains or similar frameworks
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions in healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and regulatory considerations
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and systems
