Healthcare Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end execution of reporting workflows, the full-time Healthcare Reporting Analyst will ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of plan performance reports for self-funded clients and broker partners in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and automate the distribution schedule for all standard client reporting packages, ensuring timely delivery within 5 to 10 business days of month-end data availability
• Develop and execute strict data validation and quality check protocols to ensure zero variance between underlying data and customer-facing reports
• Support the technical migration from CedarGate to Artemis by mapping and validating healthcare data models and performing backend data verification in SSMS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of healthcare data analytics or reporting experience within a TPA, health insurance carrier, or benefit brokerage environment
• Proficient SQL skills with hands-on experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for data verification and querying
• Solid understanding of relational data models and healthcare schemas
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
