Healthcare Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Analytics team, the remote Healthcare Reporting Analyst will manage end-to-end reporting workflows, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery of plan performance reports for self-funded clients and brokers while overseeing a platform migration project.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and automate the distribution schedule for monthly and quarterly reporting packages, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop and execute data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and quality of report outputs before delivery
- Support the migration from CedarGate to Artemis by validating healthcare data models and ensuring data parity between systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of healthcare data analytics or reporting experience within a TPA, health insurance carrier, or benefit brokerage environment
- Proficient SQL skills with experience in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for data verification and querying
- Solid understanding of relational data models and healthcare schemas
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
