Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate to assist in healthcare system research and provide support to members and advocates.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and document information regarding healthcare providers and benefit plans
• Respond to member requests with specific resources and options while ensuring accurate documentation
• Track cases and follow up with members and providers in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's degree preferred in a related field
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and web navigation required
• Must pass job-related testing and standardized interview
• May need to be bilingual based on assignment
