Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Resource Scheduler - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and collect necessary demographic, insurance, and financial information
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing patient education and redirecting as needed
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and update patient information during appointment scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of experience in a medical office and 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills required; prior Epic experience is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
• Private workspace and proper internet speed required
