Key Responsibilities

Evaluate existing workflows to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
Participate in the analysis and design of new integrated processes
Contribute in cross-functional teams to address strategic issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) and 2 years of related work experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency)
1 year of higher education can substitute for 1 year of related work experience
Experience in billing, collections, denials, and/or accounts receivable is preferred
Experience working with software applications, preferably EPIC
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
