Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the System Business Analyst - Healthcare Revenue Cycle will support process improvement and system enhancements by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, while analyzing data and documenting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and support reporting development

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience in hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including billing and collections
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and experience with data reporting
• Experience creating process maps, functional requirements, and user stories
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
