Job Summary
Managing complex product issues and escalations, the full-time Client Support Analyst in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle will troubleshoot technical problems, participate in project management, and educate customers on maximizing product use while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and respond to complex product and technical issues, determining severity and scope
- Manage escalated issues from Customer Support, Account Management, and Implementation teams
- Lead technical troubleshooting sessions and maintain ownership of customer communication
Required qualifications
- 2 years' experience in an analytical role supporting clients
- Experience in the healthcare IT industry is beneficial but not required
- Experience reading 837 and CSV remittance files is beneficial but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to assist with holiday coverage as operationally needed on a rotational basis
