Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Senior Systems Analyst will manage systems setup and configuration projects, analyze workflows, and leverage data modeling techniques to optimize Revenue Cycle Management performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RCM applications and solutions by investigating processes to understand data and workflows
• Configure and customize healthcare systems such as EMR and EHR platforms while resolving technical issues to ensure operational efficiency
• Support cross-functional teams during implementations and provide application support to meet user department requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Health Information Management, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare systems implementation and Revenue Cycle Management is required
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with expertise in Power BI and AI tools
• Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding regulations and familiarity with major payer guidelines
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
