Job Summary

To enhance data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst will manage report writing requests, analyze large datasets, and develop comprehensive analytical reports that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize report writing requests, engaging with stakeholders to clarify specifications
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights, ensuring data integrity
• Create analytical reports with visualizations and narratives that present findings to non-technical audiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare revenue cycle industry
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology
• Proven ability to produce high-quality analytical reports from large datasets
