Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Healthcare Revenue Cycle Compliance Auditor will plan and conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes across the revenue cycle while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits of the revenue cycle
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports with findings and recommended corrective actions
• Identify business risks and recommend efficiency improvements while staying current on healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with hospital Revenue Cycle processes through management or audit experience
• 5+ years of experience in process auditing, including data acquisition and analytics
• Expertise in researching and auditing Federal and State regulations, payer guidelines, and industry standards
• Professional designation such as Certified Healthcare Internal Auditor (CHIAP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Exceptional data analysis capabilities to interpret complex information and identify trends or risks
