Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle BI Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries and maintain stored procedures
Develop and manage enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports for RCM analytics
Translate RCM business requirements into technical solutions and enforce data access controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare revenue cycle industry
Advanced SQL Server expertise with a focus on performance tuning
Expert-level skills in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
Hands-on experience with RCM data such as billing, claims, and reimbursements
