Job Summary
To support a critical transition in coding operations, the temporary Healthcare Revenue Cycle Coding Director will stabilize the coding team while ensuring compliance and revenue integrity in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Stabilize the coding team during the transition away from a 100% coder review model
- Oversee compliance and revenue integrity within healthcare coding processes
- Lead complex application implementations and optimization initiatives related to Revenue Cycle technology
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, Revenue Cycle technology, or related fields

- Significant experience with Epic or other major enterprise healthcare Revenue Cycle platforms
