Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide revenue cycle optimization, the full-time remote System Vice President Revenue Cycle Performance Delivery will ensure consistent execution and accountability across a vast healthcare network while collaborating with leadership to enhance patient access, billing, and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct organization-wide revenue cycle performance, ensuring accountability and consistent execution across regions and managed service providers
• Manage regional revenue cycle leaders, holding them accountable for metric and operational improvements
• Oversee vendor partnerships, ensuring successful implementation of new services and alignment with performance expectations and KPIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in the understanding and management of healthcare revenue cycle
• 12+ years in the healthcare industry with proven experience in a large, complex, multi-facility healthcare environment
