Healthcare Revenue Cycle Lead

Job Summary

Managing complex client billing configurations, the full-time Healthcare Revenue Cycle Lead will oversee the accuracy of billing processes, manage Data and Charge Entry contractors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and setup of new client billing accounts, ensuring operational readiness and accuracy
• Oversee and manage Data and Charge Entry contractors, driving process improvements and ensuring billing data accuracy
• Act as a subject matter expert for front-end RCM processes, collaborating with various teams to enhance billing logic and workflows

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including direct billing and payer implementations
• Proven success in managing complex accounts and resolving billing escalations
• Advanced understanding of commercial and government payer policies, reimbursement methodologies, and coding standards (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10)
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and analyzing data to drive operational decisions
• Strong technical proficiency with RCM systems such as Athena, Zuora, and Salesforce
