• Lead RCM advisory mandates, managing client relationships and project execution
• Oversee project requirements across coding, billing compliance, and denial management
• Develop and implement performance metrics and operational playbooks for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
• Direct experience managing RCM projects in multi-site or complex payer environments
• Knowledge of RCM systems and workflows, including EHR platforms and billing software
• Certifications from relevant healthcare financial management organizations are preferred
