Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of revenue cycle teams, including insurance verification and authorizations
• Supervise Revenue Cycle Supervisors and serve as an escalation point for performance issues
• Analyze key performance indicators and support new client onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, particularly in eligibility and authorizations
• Experience with EMRs, clearinghouses, and documentation systems in home health/hospice
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
