Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of professional billing revenue cycle programs, the full-time remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager will optimize financial operations, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive performance improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for Professional Billing revenue cycle operations, collaborating with clinic administrators and departmental leadership
• Oversee the management of revenue cycle programs, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational priorities
• Analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Ability to substitute one year of relevant education for one year of required work experience or vice versa
