Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise RCM opportunities ($1M-$10M+ first-year contract value)
  • Develop and execute a territory or solution-specific go-to-market strategy
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and lead complex, consultative sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 12-20+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
  • Proven success originating and closing new logos in revenue cycle management
  • Experience selling complex, multi-solution offerings with long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with offshore or global delivery models, strongly preferred
