Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders to enhance revenue cycle processes, the full-time remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist will focus on account audits, data analysis, and training while supporting policy updates within their designated area of the revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Employ continuous improvement efforts to enhance key performance metrics in the assigned revenue cycle area
• Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and analyze patient accounts to identify root causes of issues and assist in corrective action plans
• Participate in vendor and department meetings, providing insights to improve policies, procedures, and technology efficiencies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• 3 years of healthcare experience in a clinical or office setting
• 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including claim, denial, and/or process auditing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
