Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders to enhance the healthcare revenue cycle, the full-time remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist will focus on Financial Clearance by conducting account audits, data analysis, and participating in training sessions to improve accuracy and effectiveness in revenue cycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Employ continuous improvement efforts to enhance key performance metrics within the revenue cycle
• Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and provide ongoing monitoring of standards to identify issues and develop corrective action plans
• Assist in updating policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and analyze departmental needs for workflow enhancements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• 3 years of healthcare experience in a clinical or office setting
• 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Experience with claim, denial, and/or process auditing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
