Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations, the full-time Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist will independently deliver consulting services, analyze financial data, and prepare reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare consulting services independently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Analyze and reconcile healthcare-related financial and operational data, including claims and provider performance metrics
• Prepare client-ready reports and documentation aligned with healthcare standards and firm protocols

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or a related client-facing role
• Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs, claims processing platforms) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, MACRA)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and recommend actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with healthcare analytics tools is a plus
