Job Summary
Working independently with a variety of healthcare clients, the full-time Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist II will deliver consulting services, perform financial and operational analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver healthcare consulting services independently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Analyze and reconcile healthcare-related financial and operational data, including claims and reimbursements
- Prepare client-ready reports and documentation aligned with healthcare standards and firm protocols
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or a related client-facing role
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and MACRA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and recommend actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with healthcare analytics tools is a plus
