Job Summary

Managing loss prevention strategies, the full-time remote Healthcare Risk Manager will analyze risk issues, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with leadership to implement effective risk management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees loss control activities and reports risk management issues to facility leadership
• Conducts annual proactive risk assessments and develops action plans based on findings
• Collaborates with various departments to investigate safety events and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Legal, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare provision, administration, or related fields
• Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) within 3 years of hire
• Strong understanding of risk management principles
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple projects simultaneously
