Job Summary

Commission-driven and motivated, the full-time Healthcare Sales Agent will engage in sales and client relations to maximize health outcomes for clients by providing tailored wellness recommendations and upselling pharmacy options while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Maximize health outcomes for clients through tailored wellness recommendations and education on available services
• Upsell SelectQuote's proprietary pharmacy options while coordinating with clients, carriers, and providers
• Meet set metrics and production goals to drive sales performance and earn uncapped commissions

Required qualifications:

• Strong preference for candidates with prior sales experience, particularly in commission-based roles
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to adapt to business needs and commit to high-volume hours during peak seasons
• Proficient technology skills, including experience with CRM systems and Google Suite
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with specified minimum download and upload speeds
