Job Summary
To drive business growth in the healthcare sector, the full-time Healthcare Sales Director will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients while managing relationships and leading sales activities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the healthcare industry
- Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes
- Plan and manage lead generation and sales pipelines to meet annual revenue targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or health systems sectors
- Strong background in business development, account management, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector
- Proven success in sourcing and closing accounts in healthcare or life sciences markets
- Excellent understanding of healthcare information systems and compliance requirements
- Native English or fully bilingual (English)
