Job Summary
To drive business growth in the healthcare sector, the full-time Healthcare Sales Director will manage client relationships, source new business opportunities, and oversee project management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise-level healthcare clients, focusing on hospitals, health systems, and pharmaceuticals
- Originate and nurture business relationships to create engagement opportunities and present tailored value propositions to senior executives
- Plan and manage lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets while overseeing project scopes and resource mobilization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or health systems with a focus on technology solutions
- Proven track record in business development and account management within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, and compliance requirements
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs
- Native English or fully bilingual (English)
