Job Summary
Leading a team focused on revenue growth in healthcare accounts, the full-time remote Healthcare Sales RVP will build and manage a high-performing sales team, set strategic territory plans, and engage with executive-level relationships across health systems and tech companies.
Key responsibilities
- Build, hire, and lead a team of healthcare Account Executives, overseeing forecasting and quota attainment
- Set and execute go-to-market strategy for health systems, driving new customer acquisition and expansion revenue
- Engage in complex sales cycles and build executive relationships to represent the company at senior-executive levels
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of healthcare or enterprise technology sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams that exceed quotas
- Experience navigating complex healthcare sales cycles and understanding procurement processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare technology ecosystems
- Analytical skills for pipeline management combined with creative problem-solving abilities
