Job Summary
To drive revenue growth across healthcare accounts, the full-time remote Healthcare Sales RVP will build and lead a team of Account Executives, set territory strategies, and engage with executive-level relationships while navigating complex sales cycles in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of healthcare Account Executives, managing forecasting and quota attainment
- Set and execute go-to-market strategy for health systems, payers, and health-tech companies, focusing on new logo acquisition and strategic growth
- Engage personally in large, strategic deals, leading complex sales cycles across various stakeholders in the healthcare industry
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of healthcare or enterprise technology sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role for a quota-carrying sales team
- Proven track record of building and leading teams that successfully acquire new logos and expand strategic accounts
- Experience navigating complex healthcare sales cycles and coaching teams to sell to technical and clinical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare buying motions, procurement processes, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA
- Analytical approach to pipeline management combined with creative problem-solving skills to unblock deals
