Healthcare Sales Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-velocity environment, the remote Healthcare Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications with clients, assisting Medicare-eligible customers in exploring plan options and transferring them to licensed sales agents.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible customers from qualified leads and assist in transferring them to licensed agents
• Utilize scripts to ask required questions and overcome objections to meet transfer targets
• Document call outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience during open enrollment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
