Healthcare Sales Specialist
Job Summary
To support client engagement, the remote Healthcare Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, assist Medicare-eligible customers with plan options, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective sales techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible customers from qualified leads, assisting them in transferring to licensed sales agents
- Utilize scripts and rebuttals to address customer inquiries and overcome objections while meeting transfer targets
- Accurately document call dispositions and maintain a focus on customer service excellence during open enrollment periods
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
