Job Summary

To support a dynamic call center environment, the full-time remote Healthcare Scheduler will manage incoming calls, schedule and reschedule patient appointments, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers and prioritizes incoming calls, addressing routine inquiries and redirecting as necessary
  • Schedules, cancels, and reschedules patient appointments following established procedures
  • Obtains and verifies patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring accurate registration and compliance with policies
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • One year of data look-up/data entry experience
  • Two years of customer service experience in a complex analytical problem-solving role
  • One year of call center experience in a customer service or medical environment
  • One year of remote work experience
