Healthcare Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

To support the daily operations of the Scheduling Department, the full-time remote Healthcare Scheduling Specialist will monitor scheduler productivity, coach team members, and handle escalated scheduling and customer service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor scheduler productivity and prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Support, coach, and train Scheduling team members to meet quality and productivity goals
• Identify workflow challenges and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications

• Previous healthcare scheduling, medical office, or call center experience required
• Leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
