Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a top-tier healthcare management consulting firm or health system strategic operations team
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Proven experience using SQL for data analysis
• Ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
• Experience leading or mentoring teams of analysts
