Healthcare Service Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Excellence Manager-Healthcare (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical processes and serve as the client champion for Neurology programs
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and support new program implementations
• Analyze healthcare processes and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• At least three years of experience in the neurology service line, with inpatient services preferred
• Prior experience as a charge nurse or nurse supervisor is preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple EMR systems
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
