Healthcare Services Manager

Job Summary

To support health services under the Kwajalein Task Order, the full-time remote Medical Services Manager will monitor subcontractor compliance, oversee operational performance across various health service areas, and ensure adherence to government policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance of subcontractors for diverse health services, ensuring compliance with performance work statements and government regulations
• Review and update subcontractor documentation to maintain compliance with contractual requirements and Army regulations
• Interface with the U.S. Army Garrison Health Services COR and other contractor elements to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, with one year of related experience substitutable for one year of education
• Minimum five years of health services administrative experience, including two years at a managerial level
• Knowledge of legal requirements for medical/dental records and familiarity with U.S. Army Health Care Facilities and Operations
• Experience with Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and understanding of HIPAA guidelines
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and clearances, including a valid driver's license and CAC eligibility
