Job Summary

Providing subject matter expertise and leadership, the full-time Healthcare Services Program Manager will manage healthcare services projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while focusing on quality and cost-effective member care.

Key responsibilities

• Collaboratively plan and execute internal healthcare services projects involving cross-functional teams from design to completion
• Communicate ongoing program goals and ensure compliance with standardized protocols and processes
• Conduct quality audits and implement quality initiatives to enhance service quality and staff education

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of healthcare experience, including 3 years in areas such as utilization management or care management
• Experience working within applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, professional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate online portals and databases
