Providing subject matter expertise and leadership, the full-time Healthcare Services Program Manager will manage healthcare services projects and programs, ensuring compliance and quality member care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaboratively plan and execute internal healthcare services projects involving cross-functional teams
• Communicate program goals and ensure compliance with standardized protocols and processes
• Conduct quality audits and implement quality initiatives to enhance service quality and staff education

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of healthcare experience, with 3+ years in areas like utilization management or care management
• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• Experience with state, federal, and third-party regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate online portals and databases
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
