Healthcare Services Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing subject matter expertise and leadership, the full-time Healthcare Services Program Manager will manage healthcare services projects and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while focusing on quality and cost-effective member care.

Key responsibilities

• Collaboratively plan and execute internal healthcare services projects involving cross-functional teams, delivering products from design to completion
• Communicate ongoing program goals and evaluations to ensure compliance with standardized protocols and processes
• Conduct quality audits to assess staff educational needs and service quality, implementing quality initiatives as needed

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of healthcare experience, including clinical operations, with 3+ years in areas such as utilization management or care management
• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure or certification (e.g., RN, LVN, LPN, APSW, CHES, LPC, LPCC, LMFT) as required by state regulations
• Experience working within applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate online portals and databases
