• Schedule appointments promptly and courteously using a PC
• Confirm appointments and manage cancellations efficiently
• Provide comprehensive service to resolve caller requests and utilize resources effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center or customer service
• Proven excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
• Proven critical thinking skills
• Ability to fluently speak, write, and understand English
