Healthcare Services Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the remote Healthcare Services Representative will manage appointment scheduling, confirm and handle cancellations, and provide comprehensive service to resolve patient inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments promptly and courteously using a PC
• Confirming appointments and efficiently managing cancellations
• Utilizing resources to problem-solve for patients and ensure resolution of caller requests

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center or 1 year of customer service experience
• Proven excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
• Proven critical thinking skills
• Ability to fluently speak, write, and understand English
