Job Summary

As a key driver in transforming businesses through cloud data solutions, the remote Principal Services Solution Manager in Healthcare & Life Science will manage high-impact projects, engage with C-level executives, and lead professional service engagements while achieving strategic sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead services sales execution and project delivery success for key accounts
• Own the professional services lifecycle from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and forecasting
• Lead high-performing teams while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and alignment with business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role interfacing with executives on complex projects
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud fields
• Proven track record of meeting booking, utilization, and consumption targets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a client support and advisory technical role or in designing and selling functional solution sets
