Healthcare Site Executive

Job Summary

Leading site strategy and operations, the full-time Healthcare Site Executive will manage financial performance, oversee revenue cycle operations, and build executive client relationships while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into executable plans and manage site-level P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations and utilize data and technology to drive performance and client value
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, coordinating internal and external teams to meet commitments and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a management or senior leadership role
• Extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management across all phases
• Demonstrated accountability for P&L and financial performance management
• Proven success in a senior client-facing leadership role with the ability to influence executives
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred
