Healthcare Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Healthcare Solutions Architect will design and deliver technology solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with business needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and documents complex end-to-end solutions that meet business capability needs across systems and platforms
• Conducts in-depth impact analyses and risk assessments for proposed solutions, recommending mitigation strategies for technical and business issues
• Collaborates with Digital Product teams and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into architecture roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in solution architecture roles
• Experience with enterprise-scale solutions and integration of multiple systems
• Understanding of healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cybersecurity principles
