Job Summary
To support healthcare clients in optimizing their marketing technology ecosystems, the full-time Healthcare Solutions Architect will lead the design and integration of complex systems, ensuring compliance and alignment with client objectives while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing technology strategies that align with client business objectives and healthcare compliance requirements
- Architect seamless integrations between client marketing systems and clinical platforms to optimize patient journeys
- Serve as the primary technical consultant for healthcare clients, presenting complex technical concepts to executives and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, with at least 4 years in healthcare environments
- Expertise with CRM platforms in healthcare settings, such as Salesforce Health Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics Healthcare
- Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems integration, including platforms like Epic and Cerner
- Proven track record of working within HIPAA-compliant environments and understanding healthcare data regulations
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-system implementations across multiple clients
