Healthcare Solutions Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Sr Healthcare Solutions Business Analyst will design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards while collaborating with Healthcare Solutions teams to deliver business insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards that track KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Establish and maintain KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and ensure data quality through continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytics requirements and implement scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role supporting commercial or healthcare teams
• Proven experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau (Tableau Desktop and Server/Online)
• Experience with external market data (e.g., Definitive Healthcare, IQVIA, DocNexus)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
